1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration & Management

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

All eb77 services are exclusively for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older.

• When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• eb77 may request proof of age (national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time.
• If it is found that a user created an account while under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings will be considered void.
• It is the responsibility of adult family members to prevent minors from gaming.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at eb77.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must be at least ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at eb77 are subject to specific conditions. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit for using the bonus. If the conditions are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Policy:

• A user may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the eb77 platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated groups or multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on eb77 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which should be read carefully before play begins.

• The outcome of every game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• eb77 reserves the right to void the result of any game due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined according to the server log.
• Specific market-based rules apply to cricket and other sports betting.
• Once a bet is placed in any game, it cannot be changed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the eb77 platform. Involvement in such activities will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Attempting to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Colluding with other users or using fraudulent strategies in games.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Participating in hacking or any other cybercriminal activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

eb77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Upon the user's own request (in the case of self-exclusion).
• Extended period of inactivity.
